Rail Vihar New Town

Rail Vihar New Town is a residential apartment complex designed & constructed by Indian Railway Welfare Organisation (IRWO) that works under the patronage of the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, for the purpose of providing housing to serving and retired railway employees on “No Profit No Loss” basis.

Phase III-B of the residential complex has 216 flats across 6 towers (Block G to Block L). It has all the basic amenities like Community Hall, Elevators and Security. It also has enlisted providers for local services like plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. NoBrokerHood is providing the apartment management services for the complex.
